Harvest took place the first two weeks of September, 2020. Fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel vats. Bottling took place during the first six months of 2021
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Palacio de Fefiñanes has been involved in wine since the 17th century. This culture has been settling the historical knowledge of the wine-producing process through generations in the family. They are pioneers in the production and commercialisation of a singular variety: the expressive Albariño grape from the Salnés valley, to which they devote all their efforts.
Thanks to a small vineyard planted with century-old vines enclosed by the estate walls, together with the skill and know-how of a handful of small-scale Cambados winemakers, the winery lovingly conserves the traditional production methods of Galicia’s manor houses.
