Perrine was born and raised in Burgundy, France. Her family owned some vines, no wonder why she developed a passion for food and wine at a very early age. At 15, she attended a culinary school in France and during those four years she traveled extensively throughout France working in various kitchens and eventually deciding to pursue her passion for wine. "The night I had a 1945 Chateau D'Yquem, I understood I'll be missing out if I only worked in the kitchen"
She worked as a sommelier in the 2 Michelin Star restaurant Le Gavroche in London. There, Perrine was able to expand her knowledge, taste incredible wines and maintain the very strict Michelin Star standards. Perrine's original dream was to open a wine bar in France, but after this experience in London she wasn't ready to settle in Burgundy.
In 2006 she moved to Atlanta and worked at JOËL Restaurant, in 2010 she opened Perrine's Wine Shop on the Westside.
The shop focuses on family owned wineries from all over the world, the shop features about 700 wines most are organic, biodynamic.
